pintarroja is an independent art & ceramic studio in the historic centre of Málaga, just a short walk from the Picasso Museum.

More than an artisan shop, the studio is part of an ongoing artistic practice where ceramics, photography and painting come together through a shared interest in light, material, texture and the quiet beauty of everyday life.

Here, ceramics are not simply functional objects or handmade gifts. They are another artistic medium—created to be used, lived with and become part of everyday rituals.

The studio is both a working space and a place to discover original handmade ceramics, paintings and other artworks in the very space where they are created. It is a place to browse the collections, enjoy the atmosphere of an artist's studio, discover authentic souvenirs, add a unique piece to your collection, or choose an artwork to live with every day.

If the entrance door is closed, simply knock on the window to the right of the main entrance and I'll be happy to welcome you.
