about me

I'm a multidisciplinary artist originally from Estonia and now based in Málaga, Spain.

Art has been part of my life since childhood. I first studied at an art school in Estonia and later attended the Estonian Academy of Arts. My academic background is in multimedia and communication design, which I studied in Germany and which continues to shape the way I approach my work today. I later found in ceramics a way to bring together my artistic roots and my design background while studying at the Escuela de Arte San Telmo in Málaga.

Growing up in a small town in Estonia, I dreamed of one day having a studio in the old town of a historic city. Back then, the city I imagined was Tallinn – a place I still deeply love today. Years later, life led me to Málaga, where that childhood dream finally came true.

My studio is located in a beautiful centuries-old building in the historic centre of Málaga. Every day I continue to be inspired by the city's architecture, its atmosphere, its layered history and its long ceramic tradition, and I am grateful to create my work surrounded by it all.

Although I work within contemporary ceramics, I see my work as a continuation of Málaga's ceramic tradition – bringing together craftsmanship, art, everyday life and contemporary design while connecting the past with the present.
